By accessing or using Lockcast (“the Service”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Service.
2. Account Registration
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
3. Predictions and Content
You retain all rights to content you post. By posting, you grant Lockcast a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute your content through the Service. You represent that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You may not post illegal, harassing, or abusive content; manipulate prediction or voting outcomes; impersonate others; or use the Service to transmit spam or malware. Detailed rules are in the Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Lockcast and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lockcast's liability for any claim is limited to the greater of EUR 100 or the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
8. Governing Law
